SYNONYMS

bhagavan -- the Supreme Lord; api -- and; govindah -- Govinda; hatva -- having killed; kesinam -- the demon Kesi; ahave -- in battle; pasun -- the animals; apalayat -- He tended; palaih -- together with the cowherd boys; pritaih -- who were pleased; vraja -- to the inhabitants of Vrndavana; sukha -- happiness; avahah -- bringing.

TRANSLATION

After killing the demon Kesi in battle, the Supreme Personality of Godhead continued to tend the cows and other animals in the company of His joyful cowherd boyfriends. Thus He brought happiness to all the residents of Vrndavana.
