asmarat sva-sutaḿ naṣṭaḿ
atha — then; tatra — there; asita — black; apāńgī — the corners of whose eyes; vaidarbhī — Queen Rukmiṇī; valgu — sweet; bhāṣinī — whose speaking; asmarat — remembered; sva-sutam — her son; naṣṭam — lost; sneha — out of love; snuta — having become moist; payaḥ-dharā — whose breasts.
Seeing Pradyumna, sweet-voiced, dark-eyed Rukmiṇī remembered her lost son, and her breasts became moist out of affection.
